1. Are you still open for business with the COVID-19 situation?

Yes, we are open and our business is continuing to operate as we navigate the current COVID-19 situation, and we are adapting our operations by practicing social distancing, and reiterating the practices of good hygiene, like frequent hand washing, providing hand sanitizer, gloves, and masks for the moving crews. We are also offering virtual onsites for current/ future clients during the current situation. We will do our best to keep our current clientele informed of any changes to current/ future moves.

2. Do you offer packing and moving services?

Yes, we offer packing and moving services. Our moving service includes: shrink wrap, dollies, pads/ blankets, and tools for disassembly/ reassembly of items. Our packing service includes the following items: tape, shrink wrap, dollies, packing paper, pads/ blankets, and tools for disassembly/ reassembly of items.

3. Is packing an additional cost?

No, packing is included with our hourly rate; However, if you would like us to provide boxes/ bubble wrap/ mattress bags/ any other specialty packing materials, they will be at an additional cost to your move.

4. Do you charge more to move on the weekends vs. week days?

No, we have our standard pricing regardless of the day, however, we do have a higher service fee at the beginning/ end of the current month.

5. How long have you been in business?

Homegrown Moving and Storage Company started in April 2016, however, we have been in the moving industry since 2009.
